Automated Batch Retort Systems (ABRS)
Ferlo designs and manufactures lines that allow the entire manufacturing process to be completed: Automated BatchRetort Systems (ABRS).
The ABRS mechanizes the entire loading and unloading process and introduction into the autoclaves. All this is constantly controlled by software that controls all processes. And a completely automated system, regardless of the size, usually only requires one or two people to operate/supervise the entire system. Ferlo is a few manufactures that designs, manufactures, and fully supports all the equipment that comprises an Automated Batch Retort System.

- Motorized trolley for extracting the baskets from the autoclaves
- Motorized trolley for inserting the baskets from the autoclaves
- Motorized circuit for the return movement and accumulation of the baskets
- Motorized chain conveyor for transporting the two separators from the unbasher to the basketer.
