Ferlo designs and makes a new system for the elaboration of humus

Ferlo takes a step forward with the manufacture of this type of equipment for the food industry, providing a new approach in the production of products that require direct cooking in the autoclave for unpackaged products.

Characteristics

Static autoclave with a diameter of 1,380 mm.

Process with direct steam, prepared for processes with superheated water by means of a plate exchanger and cooling by means of a vacuum pump.

6 mm thick stainless steel construction.

Machinery built under CE regulations.

Heating by direct steam or recirculating water spray as required.

Using a pump, we pass the water through a stainless steel plate exchanger for indirect heating.

Autoclave prepared for cooling by means of a vacuum group composed of the following elements:

Condensation tower.
Filter.
Drop separator.
Vacuum pump.
