WHAT DOES THE AUTOCLAVE’S MAINTENANCE INVOLVE?

The main purpose of maintaining the autoclave is to ensure that its production rate remains unaltered. To achieve this, a systematic inspection will be carried out to detect and correct possible problems, aimed at preventing faults in the units before they occur.
There are two types of maintenance:

1. Routine maintenance. This type of maintenance can be carried out by the staff working with the unit on a daily basis. It includes cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, etc.
2. Maintenance that requires the presence of our technicians. In this case, there are different procedures. One of our technicians will inspect the machine to check for parts that need to be replaced, repairs, oil changes, program adjustments, etc. This type of maintenance will vary according to the type of operation and unit.
   Our technician will take the necessary records of your autoclave during each inspection to check the useful life of each part and assess the applicable replacement frequency.
